@nakdoc:
Thanks for all info and suggestions. Today i will dig in my old magic box where i have bounch of old electronic things...i should have prom/eeprom programator from 90s...as i worked lot with those things...if i still have...than maybe offer from "giant haystacks" will be interesting. About your comments about upc pins...acc. to your previous logic state table...there are only 2 changed states...as you also wroted now...one is ground...second is +5V...so other two needs to be connected to ground and +5V to satisfy your logic table and it is unlocked. But unfortunately is not like this as not work. BUT...it can be also, that unit not works at all.
Now i will repeat my 1st question:
When unit is connected to power and ign.switch is on...what happen with device or what can be seen on display? Anything? Nothing?
In my case only cassette motor can be heared that runs for 2-3 seconds and than stops.

PS: pin 18 is not connected to ground and pin 16 also not connected to +5V!!! They goes directly to prom...as pin 17 and 15.

@giant haystacks:
If i will found programator than i will contact you privately for personal info.
And about french guy and language...sorry...i speak only English.

Normal operation. You have to wait 3 minutes after connecting memory for the unit to accept the code.

Update:

Was tried some new things...
Tooked out prom and made logic on 4 inputs on cpe. With 1001 i got that display lights up but that its all...
One thing id like to know...in prom is writen only code or also someting else?
Because in case that there is only code inside than i found service code but someting else must be also wrong with unit.

I think you've made the code bypass. If the display is on, are you saying that the keys do not function? Getting the three fpcs back into their connectors is tricky, and sometimes the connector is not fully closed, or the fpc is at an angle. What I do is seat the fpc properly and use a felt tip pen to draw a horizontal line marking the top of the closed connector. Getting the fpcs inserted should take care of this problem.
