Wow, Ron! I recognize many of the components in your picture. Even with you paring down some of your collected pieces, you would easily have enough for about eight different systems, or more. How you making out with your sale?

Congratulations on making "Image Of The Week!"

Nando,
I think I can still set up nine or ten working systems. I'm down from twelve.
Most of that stuff is now in boxes and stuck in a closet. I'm going to wait until after the holidays and than let a friend of mine list it on Ebay. He listed my spec gear last year and he had great response.

The image of the week is certainly a surprise. Thanks Matt.

Ron: I am saving my dineros to buy one of these. A friend, who has extensive experience in restoring and testing Pioneer Spec 2 amplifiers, has made me an excellent offer I can't refuse. I'm going to pair it up with my Pioneer SA-9500II for a future quad system.

Nando,

That system should give you the hoursepower you need. That's a great amp and you should be very happy with it.
The Spec 2 was my first big amp, later I got a hold of a Spec 4. I built two complete rack systems with these. When I built my third one, I anchored it with SA-8500.
The only problem I encountered when I put the third rack together was finding enough handles and trays for everything. At the price seller's are asking today for the rack and accessories, I wouldn't even attempt to put one together.
Ron
