All this talk of MD. It's your fault entirely that I've sent 23 whole English pounds on this.

I must admit I gave spent more money than I initially intended on my minidisc whim. Saying that it does have a nice sound quality

My whim resurfaces every couple of years and I'm overdue. I'll end up at the sonyinsider forum with the three other people that use them, install SonicStage, remember why I stopped using MD (good work Sony) and then put everything back in a box. Rinse/repeat.

Last time I finally got rid of my MZ-RH1 to someone who would use it but I did keep my little MZ-N710 because it was my first MD. I'm going to play with it now.

I still have quite a few unused, sealed discs too...

SonicStage Ultimate (available from the very forum you mention) actually works very well.

Now look what you've all made me do.

Need a new battery though.

I should also point out the Boom isn't that grotty, it's the photo :(

Better make several backups of the digital stuff. It does not take much to corrupt them.My analog stuff probably out last the digital stuff. It still sounds great for 35 plus years already. One thing you should not do is throw away your analog masters.Audio/Video and even photos that were scanned.

Alot of people do that and get screwed when their digital copies go awol.
