Hum on Sony TC-KE500S

I know people will say its a cheap deck, but i like it so far. I replaced the belts and the cracked gear which is typical for this mechanism (TCM-190). By the way there are replacement gears available.(Look for Module 0.4, 17 teeth, 2mm bore).

There is a hum on the unit that is from the 50Hz outlet, 50hz and its harmonics. It is noticeable even on new blank tapes, so it must come from the internal electronics, not the tape itself. The amp/PC and tapedeck are connected to the same outlet. The hum appears only on playback.
Somehow the 50hz gets into the tape amp.

Do you guys think there is a way to improve the situation? Adding some filter caps on the power supply output, maybe?

On the picture you can see a spectrogram of a playback of an empty tape with Dolby S enabled.

I recognized, the problem with the hum when connecting the deck to the amp can be dealt with by moving the deck away from the amp. So this part is solved. Still i have the hum when the deck is connected to the on-board sound card on my PC. Nothing changes if i move the deck around. Somebody has some advice for me? I need my PC for recording. Maybe a USB Soundcard will help?

It is probably a ground problem.

With an insulated tool, try to "push" on several places of the main board, especially near the screws holding the board, and the connectors.

By the way could you be a little bit more precise about the gears ? Where to find them ?

Here in Germany/Europe it is available as "Weinert 9614" Two pieces for around 3€ + shipping on ebay. These fit and work perfectly. They are made from red plastic instead of white.
If you live elsewhere, you could just google for it. Like i said, look for 0.4 Module (metric) and 17 teeth, 2mm bore and at least 2mm wide teeth(up to i'd say 4mm)
