Unknown tonearm??

Hi guys I bought a Technics SP-25 yesterday for $80 in good condition but it has this tonearm on it and I would liketo set it up properly but don't know who made it, when or why?

Can anyone of you gurus identify it?

Could it be an Audio Technica from the 70's? I had one similar that I purchased from Olson Electronics back then on 95th Street in Evergreen Park, Illinois. I believe they were around $25.

can u tell me the model number? so i can find a manual for it on setting it up properly?
