They come up on various eBay auctions from time to time. Usually a 7 inch record under various makers' names. I'd have to dig mine out (yes, I have a CD-4 JVC receiver and my disc says KENWOOD I believe). It should be a universal record as setting up is the same procedure regardless of brand.
