I just got Pioneer CT-W350R Dual Cassette for my dad and I can't figure out what buttons do I need to press to dub from one cassette to the other. Please, help.

Could you post a picture of the controls?

Synchro Copy----Normal speed

Simultaneously touch both bottom right "Forward" buttons

AND--- the Extreme bottom right solid red button, the red button with the square black center may be the "dub" recordbutton if the solid red one isn't.
Hope this does it. If not I'll scrounge an owners manual somewhere.

Under the display there should be some buttons, often with red lines beneath the text and probably THREE, at the right. The first is normal dubbing (one-to-one at regular speed), the second is for high speed dubbing and a third will almost always be for an automatic tape setup feature (such as A.B.L.E or Auto Bias, Level and Equalization).

No setup is needed. Just push one of the two dubbing speed options and your deck will perform accordingly.

To halt the process, stop the recording deck. To change tape and leave the recording deck engaged, PAUSE THE RECORDING DECK FIRST, then stop the playback deck and insert the next recording to be copied.

Troubleshooting: The thread on the site may be helpful should some problems arise.

I need to go deeper more often into the topics.

If you were a date not a poster 3 billion chicks would be sour at me by now. A month isn't good and I appreciate your tenacity. Very sorry for your wait.

Ahem...
The user-manual is already available here, even if it is a little difficult to find it.
Go take a look at:
http://www.kallhovde.com/pioneer/other/ct-w450r-om.pdf
It covers CT-W355R as well as CT-W450R and since the service-manual ARP2150 covers all 3 models; I should think the difference is neglible.
