Anyway to use these?

I was looking at some plastic bottle caps I had lying around & was wondering if there's any way to use them as isolation feet for hi-fi components. Let me know what you think. It may not be feasible, but maybe it is.

You could fill them and keep building up a layer of silicone RTV until it extends over the top, and let it cure. Then flip them over so when you set equipment on them, the cap acts as an inverted cup and holds the silicone inside. You'll need to build it up so the stuff extends above the rim of the cap so when weight is placed on it, it doesn't bottom out. Silicone RTV when dried has quite a noise damping ability. Just a thought, and idea #1.
