Before I start I would like to say that I am NOT in any way shape or form affilliated with this website, OK. I'm asking this as a fan.....
I would like to encourage eveyone here to post pictures at www.tapedeck.org because I would like to see a good picture of every kind (and colour) of cassette that exists. Heck, one day I'd like to OWN one of every kind/colour/length that there is. Here is a sample of their images:

Maybe not the best sample, but it is a good image and a type of cassette I've not seen nor heard of. Heck, half the kinds I've read about here on my few visits I have not heard of! So please, for me, post away!

Kate Bush's Hounds of Love album on cassette, circa 1985:

I like the "marbled" look of it.
Another fun one that I can't find online is the Jellyfish album Spilt Milk from 1993. The cassette shell is pink, with red print. What's meant to come to mind is Nestle's Strawberry Quik (I'm not sure if it's a U.S. thing, so...if you're not familiar with it, it's a stir-in powder to be used with milk, like chocolate milk, except strawberry-flavored). Not like this,

In the 70's I remember having a few tapes that were green.
I can't remember which groups though.
Darn old age.*fit*

Tapedeck.org is one of those places that we as users (IMHO) should support by posting images. The variety and mulitude of tapes that we have and could provide would help them quite a bit, and at no detriment to this place. We should be supportive.

Agreed. (My images aren't quite good enough, unfortunately, but agreed.)
Another thing that may be of interest, sent to me by a friend on another board:
