This is just for fun! You should never put anyone in a "box" however, we all have are preferences on how we react in situations. I've found understanding how a friend, co-worker, family member, life partner etc...preference things helpfull in how I deal with them and help them deal with me, the key to the mini test is to go with your first (gut) answer to the question, don't think about how you are at work, just you in your life in general with others.
the title of this thread is also the title of the book I was given years ago, it helped me immensely, another key is to be balanced in all the type areas, not too much of one so to speak, I'm working on mine to this day, 30 years on after I started profiling myself and others. "Feel" free to check it out. Mike, sorry for the pun *devil*

I just took the test (between doing my laundry alone and contemplating the worlds problems).... and ended up an ISTJ. I fight it because sometimes I don't think am an "I" but I do think I am a good "J" and I am always "T" ing. Craig... do you think we're opposites?? I've always thought I was a bit *el_loco* also.*Spin* *Spin*
I have noticed the ENFP under your avatar but just thought it was some NASCAR jargon.

Thanks for linking the test. I have taken similar ones through the years and always am interested to see the outcome.
I am a pretty solid ESTJ and that fits with my background and experience. I just love tests that can't be failed......lol!!

Too funny... eh?? Well put me in a "box"---"Champions delight in novelty. They are optimistic, enthusiastic, and vivacious, craving expressions of strong emotion. With a dramatic flair, they share their experiences with others, hoping to reveal some universal truth or win others over in support of a cause. Attuned to possiblities, Champions scan their environment, probing the emotions, needs, and motivations of others. This sensitivity sometimes conflicts with their intense drive for personal authenticity. Spontaneous and personable, they attract others to their company"
On top of having Leo as a birthsign, I don't know how to not be/behave like that *devil*
Friends and neighbors can you say Double Whammy, Doublely Cursed to wander the planet in awe, full of questions that cannot even really be answered. I'm sunk *hearts**hypnot**fit**headache*

BTW, I think Matt is a ESFP, no reason really, just a hunch.

It's been about 20 years since I first read Please Understand Me, and at that time, I was an ISTJ. This time around, it's INTJ...
Some of the others are instructive too, like Marston's DISC profile system, and the ever-popular four temperaments.
Which reminds me of my new golden rule: I try to treat myself the way I want others to treat me :D

Hey WebPolice! Another ISTJ here too. I've always known since college I was introverted. Matter of fact I was the only one in my entire class that was so and I was the only one who put my hand up for that. That was awkward. He asked me if I liked to do things alone and I said it depends on what I'm doing.
Anyway always found these tests interesting. I found out my IQ is around 118 which is just average.

Hey WebPolice! Another ISTJ here too.
I have always been slightly introverted, I can be extroverted if I try but I find it highly annoying. I pretty much like being quiet as someone has too :)
