Many of (including myself) have and will continue to post pictures of our systems. But what else do you enjoy doing and taking pictures of?
For me, it's anything 'outdoors'. Be it in the mountains, a country field, in the desert, wherever. As long as it's well away from the concrete wasteland of Southern California suburbia.
Here are some of my favorites:
1. Sun rays through a late summer thunderstorm. Anza-Borrego State Park, CA, near Ocotillo Wells. September 2003 (among the last pictures I took with film before going digital).
2. In flight on an America West Airlines flight between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, mid 1990's.
3. Sunset, late afternoon on farm field, near Visalia, CA. Summer 2006
4. Kings River, late spring or early summer near Centreville, CA. Late 1990's.
5. Lonely road, near Avenal, CA. Summer 2000.
6. Lake Fulmor, San Jacinto Mountains near Idyllwild. Spring 2005
7. Rain water puddle, clouds, and snow on mountains. Tehachapi, CA Feb 2008.
8. Kings River, just below Pine Flat Dam near Piedra/Tivy Valley, CA (approx 25 miles east of Fresno), summer 2007
9. Meadow w/ San Jacinto mountains, between Idyllwild and Anza, CA. Spring 2006.
10. Sunset on the Caribbean. Montego Bay, Jamaica, May 2007.
