I had to scan part of it, the black & gold stuff, but the rest I did with the computer.

It would be cool to use the same idea and print up a bunch of rare tape ones, or even ones that don't exist. Might as well have some fun with it all.
What type of cardboard paper did you use for these? Typically Maxell used some shiny type paper board for these.

I haven't printed them yet. Tonight I ordered some blank J-card insert sheets from tape.com.

Excellent, please post with pics, when you do the finalproduct, I'm sure many of us would be interested in some, especially the personalized ones, I have no way to do stuff like this, and they would fit several projects I'm cooking up..*idea*
