That looks like the current version of the TDK SA cassettes.

TDK also made a tape named "CD Power" that was a Type-II. I found a few in a remote convenience store on Prince of Wales Island, AK.

Fry's has 5-packs of those for $6.90 on their website. I've thought about getting a couple of them.

You should just to make your collection complete, but I'd judge they are a tad less capable than the current SA offering. Why they feel the need to offer a less capable tape rather than just continuing SA-X is beyond me ....

Did you go to Beamriders in Langley? Good place. Yes I think these are the current SA tapes.

No...what's that place??I wanted to go to Innovative Audio's store in Delta, but they were putting on the swap meet, and the store was closed due to all the staff being at the event.I would like to/want to check out whatever the lower mainland B.C. has to offer in vintage audio offerings, and record stores also...and while we are at it,hit a few thrift stores too!! If there is another stereo shop in Langley Im not aware of, let me know. If you are in Vancouver, check out HiFi Centre on Seymour Street. High end gear to mid fi gear. Great place to check stuff out. Bought a few things there myself.
