What a chilly, wet day at the Rockygrass festival. It rained most of the day.
My friends were camping there for the whole festival and I went up and joined them for the day. The music was great and I got to see Earl Scruggs play closeup. Steve Earle was great too! But by the time the day was half over my pantlegs were soaked to the top of my cowboy boots. My boots and socks were sopping wet too. I was glad to go home and climb into my warm bed. Even though my house was 80 degress I still needed a blanket I was so chilled (and that's after driving home with the heat cranked). Good day overall, I just wish the weather would have co-operated.
