Ok so I have this 4010s that I got off ebay I have already lubed all motors and cleaned heads, tape path, and pinch roller, but I still have one problem the capstan motor sounds like a freight train especially in 3 3/4 ips. I also lubed the fly wheel and still no luck. Any ideas? I think it might be the bearings but I have no idea how to replace them. If its the bearings can someone tell me how to get to the bearings?

Would this motor work as a replacement

you need to introduce yourself before you can really ask any questions.
