I picked up a Denon DRS-810 stereo cassette deck in mint shape about 2 years ago, i have never been able to find any info on it, does anyone hear know anything about this great deck if so please reply. all comments are appreciated.

I do not have any of my own pics, but i will soon as soon as i get a new cammera, the pic is of my deck.

Now that's a cool deck, I just love those horizontal loading decks. Sorry never used one so I can't comment about this one.

All I know is they were designed to match other Denon separates of the day, and the look mimics the CDP's of Denon's line-up. I may hazard a guess and say the look minimized the excuses you had to make for still using tape, because it didn't "look" like a tape deck.

I know that some of you guys have the DRS-810. Anyone know the model number of the original remote?

I have one (on my bench for repair) along with the original manuals. I'll look up the model number for the remote this evening.

sorry, I don't know much about it aside from, it's awesome and I want it. *fit*We have a consignment DRS-810 for $160. It does not have a remote...I can research it after christmas.

Thanks guys. I've been able to operate it with the universal but it would be nice to have the original. I've got the manual and yes, strangely it does not list the remote number . . . . *dunno*
