Little bit of switch hitting there eh?

Fixed. *hypnot* I am tired....been running around all day.

I just got lucky!

I gave my friend a Tascam M50 and Tascam 48 from this same guy (not all that came from one source, but most did). Said friend is giving me the JVC mixer and a preamp of my choosing in return, and a couple other goodies.

Wow. Great finds. I recently stripped an AT-15XE cartridge off a Dual sitting in the trash pile of a garage sale

Did the Garrard and JVC come from the same place?
They seem to be whats left of someones Quad system.
I have an AT 15SA and it was considered one of the better quad cartridges.

I noticed the Magnavox stereo amp is missing its rectifier tube. I can't tell whether the type numbers of the tubes are stamped on the chassis or not, but based on the wiring I see, it uses a 6CA4 rectifier.

Yeah, it's missing. I got two diodes and a 9 pin tube base thingie and will just be soldering together a rectifier until I can find a real one...I am out of money with this revox, so the tube will have to wait a while.

The Garrard and the JVC were part of a Quad system. Unfortunately, I am not getting the Sansui QR-6500 or JBL L65's that it went with.

It's a heavy brute! I haven't even opened it up, but I know it'll be good.
