Nice catch. everything works ok? Suprised to see it equipped with Teac hub adaptors. Orig owner didn't have the stock ones that came with the deck?

No, that's what came with it. It came with original manual, box, packing and sales brochure from the period. I sent it to a guy in Brooklyn to freshin it up and it works perfect. Better than the Dokoder I had in the seventies. Very happy)dance(

Congratulation.
It is one of the best sounding Semi-decks around because of the Tandberg Patented dyneq and actiliar.

Good looking deck. I'd like to hear what a Tandberg can do. To bad we can't turn the clock back a few years so we can audition this stuff in stores!*fit*

The great thing about the sound of this deck is that it opened up the soundstage by a great amount. It also makes it three dimensional like I've never heard from any other source on my system.
It's upper midrange and highs are very smooth and non-fatiguing. Better than I had expected. So far I'm elated at the quality of sound on the Tandberg. Now all I need is some good tapes.
