The standing rule in my house is that if I bring something in, something has to leave.

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, I have been building up 'out' credits in order to make some room.....

Well, tonight I made a list.....and my mother's gonna be PISSED when she sees it.

This is to be best of my recollection. I know that BOTH lists are missing some stuff, but it's fairly complete....

So, I count up 17 credits. 9 of which are pairs of speakers....I tried to list them in order of which they left....and for most pairs of speakers on that list, they are signifigantly BIGGER than most components....so there's a lot more room than I once had....

...and that's not even MENTIONING the computers that I got rid of (8 of them)....

.....so it looks like I'lll be going back on the hunt for gear. Just this time, it'll be all good stuff...not BPC like most of the other stuff was

If you live in an apartment? Where do you put all that stuff? :D

Ooooooo, can't believe you got rid of that Technics RS-M224. It would have gone great in my RS-M226 & 227X stack! :D

My system is pretty static and I don't really have much in or outflow of components. Though next addition will likely be a turntable. Just haven't decided what make yet or where I'm going to get it it. Of course if/when that happens, I will also dig out the old SAE-9000 Impulse Noise Reduction unit currently in storage at my fathers house, as a component of his (long since dismantled) system.

There is another cassette deck I'm taking a long hard look at buying of Fleabay. But I haven't made up my mind yet.

Likewise, don't really have really anything pending disposal either. I have two components that need service. One is a Denon DRM-740 cassette and the other is a Denon DN-T625 CD/combo deck. One of these days I'll get them down to a repair center.

Then, my currently "out of service" (but fully functional) decks are:

Teac X-1000R R2R
Teac X-2000R R2R
Yamaha KX-300U cassette
Denon DN-790R cassette
2X Gemini CDJ-10 'tabletop mixing' CD players

On my 'to repair' list
Russco CueMaster (Idler)
teac a-6010 (Motor caps)
concept ELC (belts)
Parasound DR40 (resistor)
Pioneer CT-F9191 (Belts)
Miracord XS-200 (going to make it a manual TT)
Advents (foam)

......:(

I need to sell some more to make some money to fix this stuff....:-?

Honestly David, this isn't the kind of "in/out" list a 16 year old male should be making ....:D

I live for sillyness. Lemme ponder that real seriously. I'll get back to you in a few, mostest hastest.

You can have it for $5 or $10 plus shipping......or less if you think it's worth less....

I could swap you a Sony WM-FS399 Sport Walkman, w/AM/FM/Dolby B/Mega Bass and AVLS (whatever that is). It's semi-waterproof. I can post a pic of it later. I know you've been looking for a good Walkman.

Sony WM-FS399 Walkman Sport (kinda water resistant)!
