I know FF like Town Cars and Matt drives a Mustang. What is your favorite car that you have owned in your life? I've always like Mustangs, which dated back to when my brother bought the Mercury version- the Capri. I had to get one of my own and eventually got a 79 Mustang with a 302. Its the copper colored car in the pic below. Later sold it and got an 81 Mustang with 200 inline 6. Both the 79 and 81 had their motors replaced with a 351W (5.8L) engine. Its funny how many people looked at the 5.8 badge on the side where it would normally be 5.0 and wonder if there ever was such a Mustang with that size of engine. The 81 had most of its mechanical parts replaced. Both cars had a rebuilt engine put in. I also really like the new 2005-up Mustangs which is the white car in the show room picture. If my 81 wasn't giving me so many problems mechanically and wasn't so hard on gas (I got around 200Km on a full tank), I wouldn't have sold it. But with gas prices the way they are today I don't regret that decision. I owned my 81 for 7 years and is the white car below. I drive a Mazda now which is like going from one extreme to the other. I'd love to own another Stang, but I don't forsee that ever happening again. Anyway my pics are below.

My favorite car was my first, a 1972 Mercury Capri 2600. That car and I flew about farm county PA chasing affairs of the heart and the head. I traded it in on a 1981 Datsun (before they became Nissan) 280ZX as I was about to enter the USN and have buckets of money as a free man and a young snot officer, so I needed a vehicle commensurate with that.
But that Capri was light, sporty, good on gas (back when it was $0.25/gal), had plenty of room to haul my butt back and forth to college and very very simple to work on. Yea, it was my favorites of all the cars and trucks I've owned .....

I had a '72 340 Cuda.
The fastest and best car I have owned so far.
And yes, I still kick myself in the ass everytime I think about it.
The one car I should have kept.;-((

I own a 1997 Mitsubishi Mirage, but I'm about to get rid of it. (It's totaled) My dream was to build it up and convert everything (except the transmission) to an Evolution IV style. Here's the before and after pics:
I gave up on this (for now) and am having fun decking out my 96 Dodge Dakota Sport. Horrible on gas, but very versatile and easy to work on Big->

okay, i have not as yet owned a car, but i can tell you the first vehicle of my childhood that i remember; a chocolate brown 1983 TOYOTA pickup. little baby me, my mother and father, all crammed in that thing for several years until they got a 1987 NISSAN sentra that they immediately traded back in because it had a defective engine problem that caused it to die as it turned the corner. they traded it in for a 1987 NISSAN pathfinder that my parents had the biggest fight over; my father had a small family, yet he was adamant on this cherry red PATHFINDER that could easily accomidate one, save for the fact that the damned thing was a TWO DOOR model!! having to fold the front seat down to get in the back because my dumbass ex-father was too stubborn and prideful to trade it in for a FOUR DOOR model was just positively f***in' insane. BOY i remember how they went round and round over that. in fact, if i recall correctly, i believe that was what led to my ex-father throwing that SONY WM-DC2 up against the wall. in a household with a father that has a fiery temper, charged by illicit substances and fueled by domestic angst, is no fun place for an eight year old boy to be. if my mother hadn't been the most loving and caring that a son could possibly have, then there is no telling the worthless waste of space i might have turned out to be...

I've owned a lot of cars I've considered my favorites. I guess the one I had the most fun with was the '54 Sunbeam MkIII I owned for 11 years. I am still kicking myself for selling it. I attached a pic of it with the Brooklands windscreens fixed to it.
Here are some other cars I've owned in the past at this link:

My current daily car is a '87 Alfa spider and my current project car is a '52 Rolls Royce Silver Dawn (pic attached)
