I need a good tape selector box and these seem to be recommenced often.
Trying to use a equalizer right now but that's not a good workable option.
I would prefer a 200 but a 400 would be acceptable.
Reasonably priced would be nice (still unemployed).
I am open to trades also.
What do you need ?
Thanks.

How many decks do you need to hook up?

I would like to have at least 3 decks on tap.
I have a RTR and want to have at least 2 cassette decks available.
My receiver only has 2 tape loops.
It would be handy to have the 3 inputs the DBX units have for an extra tape deck.
There is an 8 track here *crying*for my wife's use and another RTR will be added in the future.

Good news.
I received a DBX 200 from Oldaudioscho Friday.
Did not know you could fit that much bubble wrap in one box,it could have survived a parachute drop.*bigthumbup*
Got a chance to hook it up tonight and it works great.
Now I have my Yamaha KX-1200,KX 390,Teac V95RX and Teac X-10R all available at the same time.
It sure makes life a lot simpler for taping.
Now just need to upgrade the stable of machines.
Tip of the hat to you Ron.

Great, this place should be called Tapeheadkarma, not the "other" place. The people here are so generous and kindhearted, a great community for us all. Awsome to see you got what you need.

Glad to hear it works for you. The one you have is one I took out of a system when I dismantled the system and put it away. I still have one system set up that I use one on. I don't use one on my Sony receiver, it has enough loops to accomadate four tape decks. Its nice not to have to deal with all the patch cords anymore. Good luck. Ron
