If you haven't noticed lately there is a vinyl resurgence going on. Although its not at the stage where you can walk into a brick and mortar store and find bins of new records for the choosing its almost as good. Some online stores offer printed catalogs with 100s of brand new LPs from every genre of music. My local music pusher will get me almost anything I desire on vinyl and this vinyl junkie is going for it. Some new vinyl LPs offer free down loads of the album so you get the best of both worlds. I love what is going on now and plan to support it as best I can. Here is a photo of yesterdays haul. *yip*

I will be buying the new Hank Williams III lp when it comes out. The vinyl includes a copy of the cd with it as well.

Is that LP a re-issue of an older LP or is it a recent album? I own a bunch of her stuff but most of it is from the 1980s or thereabouts...

New vinyl is so nice to buy. Now if they'd start re-releasing the Zappa catalog I'd be a happy man but there's enough variety out there already and more and more all the time :-)<-

They are releasing new stuff from the Zappa vaults according to the new Stereophile I received today. I don't know if it will be vinyl though.

They've got a ton of stuff that has never been released. They're still sorting through it.

Gail Zappa has been releasing material from the vaults for a while now. I've only seen them on cd so far.

"In Rainbows" is a great album, and the vinyl version sounds excellent too.
