I hit a record store over my weekend and walked out with some sealed country lp's at a reasonable price.
Freddy Fender-"Rock 'n' Country" 1976 ABC Records $2.99
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band-"20 Years Of Dirt" 1986 Warner Bros. Records $3.99
Steve Young-"No Place To Fall" 1978 RCA Records $2.99

It's always a thrill finding sealed vinyl. I've had that pleasure once in all my days of scrounging for records.

i have not as yet seen any sealed vintage vinyl, but i aquired copies of LITTLE RIVER BAND; NO REINS and HIROSHIMA; ANOTHER PLACE that, while opened, were so clean that they might as well have been found sealed...o-o:-)

They had a sealed picture disc of Linda Ronstadt's "Living In The USA" for $8.00 and a sealed copy of Nitzinger's 3rd album, "Better Living Electrically" also for $8.00. I probably should have picked them up but I holding back, the Denver Record show is just a little over a week away. So I showed some restraint.

You've found some great titles sealed. "Wheelin' And Dealin'" is one of their best.

Thanks, I bought a sealed copy of Satchmo Plays King Oliver, great Lp, 200 gram, gives your system a stretch.

I find sealed and unsealed mint copies all the time at estate sales. Folks seem to get gifts that they either don't like or don't open. Just last month got an Ellington forty year old lp sealed on Reprise!!

i buy a lot of vinyl new, so that stuff is obviously sealed.
the only older vinyl ive purchased sealed is a copy of jon andersons "animation" lp
i would love to get a sealed copy of cassette, the vinyl version sounds kinda bad, wayyyyy to much reverb.
pretty nasty sounding, im sure the tape wont sound much better.

I recently found and purchased sealed copies of Herbie Hancock "Mr. Hands" and Ramsey Louis Trio "Down to Earth." Somehow the Ramsey Louis record was still covered in dust, I guess because it's so old.
