Schweeeeet! Nice and methodical. Obviously done by an engineer who hated PCB layouts. What pre-amp model is that?

Nice, even the snipper and curved needle nose pliers are lined up neatly. :D

There is the only one custom built by a friend. 12AX7 MM phono stage 5751 linestage drives EL84 in triode mode. Seperate valve regulated power supply. This thing will drive any load Bi amped and with sub outputs it just does not care. Always sounds fantastic only outdone by the Kondo knock off I got for my friend...my Kondo copy is coming later this month.

Yeah Fantastic Dolph. Neat as a pin...but I can fix mine (but in 8 years it has never put a foot wrong) and I bet it sounds just as good or even better (it has beat the pants off anything solid state to date) and I will bet it did not cost as mch as one of the fancy transformers in that thing + I ain't no millionare. This stuff is OK, bet it sounds good, but sheez I allready work enough hours in my own business just to keep the gear I've got. Pretty as it is, why the fuck has it got to be so complicated? That things got 50x more computing power than they used to put man on the moon !!!!

I'm most certainly in for the sound of good tube amps.
But you shouldn't neglect the pureness of the signal passing through this Pre-Amp.
Combined with the best in Tube power and a pair of Wilson's the best, I've never heard anything better.................ever.
SS preamp combined with Tube power can simply be the purest, sweetest, most fantastic.......................I can only recommend it..................if you are ware to put together the very best from both worlds.
