Robin Gibb has been my favorite Bee Gee since the first time I heard Massachusetts and I Started A Joke. He never had the stratospheric highs of his brothers and neither did Andy actually. What he did have was a plaintive, emotive power that kept his brothers anchored and a storytelling ability bar none as a Bee Gees songwriter.
The crowd was from all over Europe and they were having a super time and a great show was had theat day.
He had a well-tuned group of singers and one man joined him twice up front. Robin often took the group's songs down some to good effect and some songs weren't really his but he performed them for the audience and they roared and stood to show their approval.
I played the main program using the PLAY button as I don't know where the remote is right now (did not see the secondary programs).
I enjoyed it, it was an enjoyable concert.
I got it for $4.99 at the discount grocery I buy at and I have 4 other titles to review...
James Brown at Montreux 1981
Janet Jackson The Velvet Rope Tour
The Genesis Songbook......all three also $4.99 same place
Elton John-Tantrums And Tiaras (thrift store, still wrapped)
