here's an oddball that i dredged up at the pendleton, OR. sally-ann. an oddball because:

astute viewers may have noticed the yellow plastic pads on tracks ajacent to the reels there.this is the first and only time that this author has seen such a design, but perhaps another THer may be better aquainted with it?
