Went to an estate sale over the weekend. Picked up 14 7-1/4" steel and carbide, a 9" carbide and 10" steel saw blades (all new), five pounds of brass and copper plumbing parts, 14" stainless mudpan and some router bits. Really planning to do a room addition next year. All for $10. Oh yeah, forgot where I am:o. Also included a four pack of TDK CD Bass 120, 4 pack of TDK CD Power 110, 4 Maxell XLII 60, one Fuji ZII, and a Scotch cleaner/magnetizer (opened). Then got a Sanyo 6800 Beta player with remote tossed in for $2. I've sold several of my extra Beta players for good money. Supports my habit.*devil* The only "stereo" units I saw was a small Yorx and an RCA surround sound system for the tv!

Jeeze, looks like I've got another collection going.

Good scoop Hakka!! Those brass and copper/alloy plumbing pieces are the way to go - they last - unlike plastic couplings etc. Good score on the tapes too - I have never tried those CD Power and CD Bass personally.

Cheers - Marc

I woulda' but nicely kept as it was I couldn't find the speakers and I just know I have nothing that would compare to the originals.*sarc* My daily driver has an old Blaupunkt AM/FM Cassette. No metal. Of course, in the past year I've only made one tape and for some reason I forget to turn it on.
