Hi, I am an analog additic. Some of you know me from other boards as Jim Eck, I decided when I joined here to change from using my given name. When I first came to boards I didn't know any better than to use my own name. I apologize for the confusion.

Here is to a long and beneficial to both affiliation!

Time to throw my hat into the ring, too. I also reside at Sound Thinking, as well as a few other places.

I still have my original-purchased-new-in-1980 Sansui AU719, TU717, SE7, and SC1330 (tape deck). I now have another TU717, an AU717, a TU417, another SC1330 deck, as well as an SC1110 and SC3110 deck. No tapes, but 4 decks!!!

I love my original setup and plan to have them "freshened up" in the not-too-distant-future. I'm not too much of a techie, but can always be counted on for a joke or two.

Glad to be here, and check out Sound Thinking when you get a chance.

Welcome all!
Some of you may remember me as Lerxst from ST although it's been quite a while since I've been active there.

Welcome folks. *Hi5*

I'm a member at ST also under the same name but I have not spent as much time there as maybe I should.

I am a member of ST, and new member to TH's, I really enjoy what you guys are doing here, nice site,

I own a Teac W-990 RX cassette deck from 1997, its my only tape, I dont really mess with it much but, at the time is was a fairly nice dual cassette deck. I have been Jonesing for a reel. but since I dont have much vinyl, its kinda hard to justify.

and yes dingus is a pain, not really. but thats all i got right now.

and the affiliation thing is awesome.

welcome, fairchild! i am an ex-AKer of around seven months and 1200 posts. joined TH via invite around two/three months ago. the "PIONEER Princess" moniker is a reference to my little PIONEER princess here; Miss "Ayeka Misaki"

don't think I'm being rude or not supporting what I welcome if I don't *immediately* sign up over there. I will at some point. I just have a pretty full plate right now with this site as well as my off-site life.

np Matt, its a 100% no-strings proposition. the only obligation from each site is a reciprocal banner/link to the other and that has been fulfilled. everything else is gravy.
