Ok you have that nice playing NAK or TEAC or whatever but it,s got that littlle scratch that annoys the Shit out of you Black Felt markers and the like just don,t do it so what do you use to fix that front panel mark or scratxh on the top cover from stacking ?

(1) Stack something else on top so it's not visible.
(2) Sharpies are a man's best friend. After duct tape.
(3) Is it a scratch, or gouge? Auto-touchup paint works, and then you get the loving job of polishing it out.

concerning scratched acrylic display windows; try CD scratch remover on them. it can be quite effective, often returning a scratched-up pane to crystalline clarity...

That's one of the old secrets of machinists and auto restorers. I've used tooth paste on gauge clusters to restore them.
