I have had many DD walkmans at one time or another and they all had that center gear issue except my DD33. The DD33 uses the same mechanics as the earlier DD walkmans yet my center gear is perfect. in the last generation of these walkmans did they get the materials right or is it not old enough to have cracked yet?
