This is two-fold. I have a Tascam Ministudio Porta One, and I'd like to replace the belts. Where can I find the belts, and how do I install them?

I have the same question. I was able to find the a belt set through doing a search online, but I've seen complete sets of belts on Ebay as well. I have all the belts with me now, but I'm unsure about how to replace 3 out of the 4.
The big issue that I've run into, is how to accurately replace all the belts in my Tascam Porta One without causing other things to stop working/get lost/get broken. The FF/Rewind belt is the only accessible one, but the flywheel belt, control belt, and timecode belt are all impossible to reach (seemingly impossible, without taking the entire machine apart).
I have a service manual that includes several exploded diagrams, but there isn't any part of the service manual that explains belt replacement. I'm pretty sure that by taking the entire machine apart, in a manner consistent with how the exploded diagrams are shown, you would have to re-solder all the connections and take apart basically every moving part.*hypnot*
If there is a way to access all the belts without taking the entire machine apart, that would be unimaginably helpful at this point.
If anyone needs the service manual, or regular manual for a Tascam Porta One, there is a site I found that has them as PDFs (for free).
