Have a pair of 601,s with no series # on the back ? Does that mean thier series I ? Do U know when they were made ?? thank,s BG Anch.

If they don't say Series II on the back, well.... they're Series I's.

ok, dumb question ! but why wouldn,t they say series I ? or am I asking another 1 ?

Most companies don't denote a first series of a product specially. After all, there may never be a Mark II, or a Series II, or whatever. When an improvement or a redesign is done, then it becomes necessary to denote the new one if the model number remains the same.
